Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Spring Camp

Handled on a case-by-case basis by the DCEYB Executive Board.

2025 DCEYB Recreation Baseball

Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis by the DCEYB executive board.

2025 Tournament Ball

All refund requests are reviewed and determined by the Executive Committee on a case-by-case basis. Refunds are not guaranteed and are subject to the committee's discretion based on the circumstances of the request.

Tournament Ball Tryouts

There is no cost to try out, so no refunds are necessary. However, once teams are selected and tournament fees are collected, those fees may be subject to a separate refund policy.
