Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

DCE Summer Splash I

Full refunds will be issued if a team withdraws at least 30 days prior to the tournament start date. Cancellations within 30 days are non-refundable unless a replacement team is found. In the case of inclement weather: • An official game is considered complete after 4 innings (or 3½ if the home team is winning). • A 50% refund will be given if a team does not complete one game in the tournament. • A 100% refund will be issued if the tournament is cancelled 24 hours before the first game due to weather. • Tournament officials reserve the right to adjust the tournament format as needed to ensure completion. • In the event of extended delays, officials will communicate updates via TourneyMachine. Teams not ready to resume play at the scheduled restart time may be subject to game forfeiture.

Glow Games

No refunds given. This is a fundraising event to honor Bradyn Bohn. Funds will be donated to the Kennedy Park Renovation Project, for lights, a scholarship in his memory and for education on Sextortion.

One-Day Holiday Clinic

Refunds will only be issued in the event the camp is canceled.

Turf Tourney

Withdrawal: No refund if a team opts out less than 30 days before the tournament. Games Played: 0 games: 100% refund, 1 game: 50% refund, 2+ games: No refund
